Privacy

Privacy, in plain language

This is a personal site, and it runs on HubSpot.

What I collect

Anything you enter in a form. The contact form asks for your name, email, company and message. The Score a lead demo and the GTM self-check send your answers only if you leave an email. The Demand Data signup asks for your email. The site also records the pages you view and, from your IP address, the company you visit from.

Who processes it

HubSpot runs this site and stores form submissions. ZoomInfo identifies the company behind a visit. Google reCAPTCHA screens the contact form for spam. Each follows its own privacy policy, including ZoomInfo’s. I use what you send to reply and, if you subscribed, to send Demand Data. I don’t sell it.

Cookies

HubSpot and ZoomInfo set cookies to count visits and identify visiting companies. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and Global Privacy Control signals are honored. You can change your choice in cookie settings, opt out of ZoomInfo at zoominfo.com/ppcookie, or block cookies in your browser.

Your choices

Form submissions stay in my HubSpot account as contact records. Demand Data lasts until you use the unsubscribe link in any issue. To see, correct or delete what I have about you, email josh@joshweidenfeller.com.

EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland

I, Josh Weidenfeller, am responsible for this data. Cookies run on your consent. Replies to form submissions rest on my legitimate interest in answering you, and Demand Data on your consent. HubSpot, ZoomInfo and Google may process data in the United States under their standard data protection terms. You can access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to its use, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority.
